We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Hospitalist to join our team. As a Per Diem Hospitalist, you will lend support to our team of 20+ hospitalists and provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring optimal outcomes in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

About your new role :

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during day and overnight shifts.
  • Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.
  • Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
  • Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.

  • Compensation range : $1690.00 to $1890.00 per 12 hour shift.

  • Procedures : Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.

  • Qualifications

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
  • Pay Range

    $140.83 - $157.50 / hour
