Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join the MY Shower Door team. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners and contractors select, customize, and install high-quality frameless shower enclosures. If you enjoy blending precision with customer service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to measure and assess shower enclosure installations.
Recommend products and finishes aligned with customer needs and aesthetics.
Convert in-field measurements into accurate specs for fabrication and installation.
Prepare and deliver estimates, close sales, and manage the customer journey.
Collaborate with showroom staff, operations, and installation teams for a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness – you can visualize and plan custom installations in real time.

Comfortable working with fractions and field measurements – accuracy matters here.

A personable, persuasive communicator – you build trust, explain details clearly, and close confidently.

Self-starter who’s organized, punctual, and thrives on accountability.

A commitment to craftsmanship and detail – you take pride in getting it right.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous sales experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or design

Comfort using CRM tools and digital scheduling

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
