Join our dynamic team as the Director of Data and AI, where you will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing our data strategy. We are looking for a talented individual to lead the development and management of a cutting-edge data stack that integrates and normalizes data from multiple sources. This will empower our real-time operations and reporting needs. You will work closely with senior executives to structure data in a manner that facilitates AI-driven workflows.

Your role will encompass creating vital dashboards and unifying reporting efforts across various business functions. You will guide a dedicated team of analysts and engineers to maximize efficiency and impact. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering, including 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in SQL, dbt, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools is essential. A background in high-volume and operationally complex business domains such as services, logistics, or marketplaces is required.

A genuine passion for AI agents and their practical applications in business operations is crucial, along with preference given to candidates who are skilled in Python, have experience with LLM frameworks, or possess knowledge in logistics optimization. In this vital role, you will focus on driving customer personalization, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering business growth through the creation of advanced data platforms and AI capabilities.
