Role : IAM Analyst

Location : Remote

Job Summary -

The IAM Analyst plays a vital role in delivering top-tier support by collaborating across a variety of application teams. This role is responsible for application onboarding to Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra. The successful candidate proactively identifies and resolves issues while adhering to rigorous security protocols. Their technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer support contribute significantly to the company's operations and technological advancement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for change management - Administering ticketing systems (ServiceNow), Azure Active Directory, On-Prem Active Directory, Domain controllers, SailPoint Administration etc.
• Validating user profiles and credentials, deleting objects on Privileged Access Workstations utilizing PowerShell Scripts.
• Day to day responsibilities include the following : Application onboarding to Azure Active Directory (Entra). Providing Information to application teams including sign in URL for app onboarding.
• Onboard applications to Azure Active Directory with SAML or Open ID connect.
• Coordinate meetings with application teams to gather information about their applications, onboard them to Azure Active Directory / Entra, to ensure a secure sign on.
• Test onboarded applications for claims or groups being added and Custom security attributes.
• Working with application teams to understand the claims or scopes they need for onboarding.
