Test and Assembly Technician

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work per standard operating procedures Assembling and Testing Optical Fibers
• Document the manufacturing process as required
• Inspect parts / assemblies under microscope
• Perform basic equipment maintenance & calibration
• Complete rework on assemblies and / or systems as a result of testing
• Assist recommending solutions to technical problems
• May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
• Assist engineers as needed
• Cross-training in other areas as needed

Education & Experience

Safety Requirements
