What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the key link between Sales, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Finance teamsensuring contract accuracy, pricing integrity, and timely responses to customer needs. You'll manage the full lifecycle of contract bids, billing inquiries, and reporting for both standard and non-standard fuel agreements.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing bid submissions, revisions, and award processes for U.S. Government contracts.
• Supporting billing dispute resolution and pricing validation.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment across systems and contract terms.
• Maintaining and updating Blanket Sales Agreements (BSAs) and open market offers.
• Creating and managing sales quotes in Oracle for billing and processing.
• Leading internal and external reporting efforts, including SLA dashboards and customer-specific reports.
• Supporting ad hoc pricing requests and contract modifications.
• Acting as a liaison between supply managers and finance when supplier terms change.
• Managing price notifications and resolving discrepancies with DLA systems.
