Machine Operator

A company is looking for a Machine Operator for a day shift position in Newark, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and adjust machine components based on customer orders and specifications

Run the machine to produce products that meet customer orders

Monitor machine operation and respond to any equipment malfunctions promptly

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

6 - 12 months of related experience

Experience with small hand tools and simple machine controls

Ability to complete paperwork related to waste, downtime, and machine maintenance

Familiarity with quality checks using measuring tools
