Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Design Technology Program Manager to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Senior Design Technology Program Manager you will :

Create strategic direction and execution approach for Marketing Technology Design Tools to create competitive advantage for Haworth's sales / field members, dealer network, and customers.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute strategies for marketing design tools that reflects Haworth's product direction and supports corporate goals with precision and timeliness.
• Lead marketing efforts for electronic business tools, including the creation of collateral and user education to promote tool effectiveness and brand alignment.
• Drive tool adoption through strategic training programs for dealer designers and leaders, ensuring effective use and understanding across the network.
• Translate complex product offerings into intuitive design tools that improve accuracy, reduce specification errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealer designers and internal stakeholders to support tool implementation, feedback integration, and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with / without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
