Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description: Scheduling Coordinator at Armstrong Transport Group

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services for clients and carriers
• Manage daily transportation schedules and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with drivers clients and internal teams
• Update and maintain accurate records of schedules and shipments
• Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and systems

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or scheduling
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
