Trillium Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Line Helpers for a leading provider of industrial metal products in Arlington, TX on 1st and 2nd Shifts!

Position Details: Contract-to-hire with a 90-day evaluation period

PAY: $17/hour

1st SHIFT: 6:00AM - 2:30PM

2nd SHIFT: 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Overtime available based on production demands.

Role Overview: This role supports efficient warehouse operations through a variety of tasks essential to production and shipping. Key responsibilities include:

• Pulling and staging raw materials for production
• Performing finishing tasks on finished goods to meet quality standards
• Packaging materials according to customer specifications
• Preparing materials for outbound shipment
• Maintaining high productivity throughout all tasks
• Confirming work orders using computer systems
• Operating equipment such as overhead cranes (experience preferred but not mandatory) and forklifts/side loaders
• Handling materials and supplies as required
• Supporting machine operators and assisting with other assigned duties

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and reading skills
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and work order confirmation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass re-employment screenings
