Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

Join a growing mobile healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in advanced wound care in Salem, OR & surrounding areas.

• Provide comprehensive wound assessments, develop care plans, and deliver treatments in patients’ homes and care facilities.
• Conduct telehealth visits where permitted, prescribe medications, and document patient progress accurately.
• Travel locally with mileage reimbursement, with optional rounds at skilled nursing or rehab facilities.
