As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will play a vital role on a dedicated team providing compassionate care to patients undergoing treatment for renal failure. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN), you will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during dialysis treatment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Direct Patient Care : Engage with patients to deliver high-quality dialysis treatment. This includes gathering vitals before and after treatments, initiating and monitoring treatment, ending sessions, and collecting blood samples as directed by physicians.
• Technical Duties : Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. You will conduct thorough safety checks of machines, disinfection protocols post-treatment, and accurate logging of results for quality assurance.
• Commitment to Safety and Compliance : Utilize appropriate safety equipment and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations. Participate actively in staff meetings and ongoing education to enhance your skills.
