A highly respected California law firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate with at least five years of experience in handling sophisticated business and corporate transactions. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and well-established firm with a strong reputation for quality legal services and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of business and corporate matters.
• Handle limited liability company and partnership formations.
• Draft and negotiate buy-sell agreements, entity conversions, and asset purchase agreements.
• (Preferred but not required) Assist with real estate transactional matters, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Transactional Real Estate experience.
• California Bar membership in good standing.
