About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for :

Develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructionsIdentify efficiency opportunitiesConduct technician training and certificationLead effective root cause and corrective action activities both internally and with our suppliers

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$26 - $31 per hour.
