Job Title : Associate Attorney

Location : Dallas, TX

Salary : $100,000 - $250,000

A nationally recognized plaintiffs' side litigation firm is seeking an attorney to lead the management of a docket of toxic tort products liability cases, specifically involving asbestos claims. This is a high-responsibility position for a self-motivated litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to handle complex, multi-state litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in toxic torts, with a preference for experience with asbestos.

What You Will Do :

• Manage and develop a docket of toxic tort cases from intake through trial, with a primary focus on mesothelioma litigation
• Conduct and defend depositions, argue motions, draft pleadings and briefs, and participate in courtroom proceedings
• Travel extensively (often weekly) to conduct depositions, attend hearings, and meet with clients
• Work closely with partners and team members in a collaborative and communicative environment
