Registered Nurse – Case Manager (Travel Contract)

Location : Morristown, NJ

Shift : Day Shift | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM | May require weekend coverage

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks (Start : Nov 24, 2025)

Weekly Pay : Approx. $2,519 (including stipends)

About the Role :

Metasense Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to join our travel nursing team at Morristown Medical Center , part of the Atlantic Health System. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating patient care throughout hospitalization, managing discharge planning, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage patient transitions through the acute care process
• Perform utilization management and quality screenings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with hospital and case management standards
