Responsibilities

• Call coverage only 30-minute response time required
• 4 admissions and 10 patient encounters per shift
• 1 : 2 call ratio
• General orthopedic procedures
• Average of 5 phone consultations per shift
• Rounding on assigned patients required
• Holiday coverage needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
