Bartender

We're looking for someone with sales expertise, showmanship, and a vibrant personality, complemented by extensive product knowledge . Ideal candidate has 5 yrs experience in NYC or comparable market, proven track record to increase bar revenue, ability to encourage repeat clientele, verifiable references and DOH food protection certificate.

Must have at least 3 years experience with high volume bartending and have extensive knowledge of classic mixology and making complex cocktails .

Requirements :

• At least   3   years of experience as a cocktail bartender, at minimum, in a fast paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of all cocktail recipes, both classics and specialty
• A true passion for customer service and teamwork
• You are outgoing, intuitive and have a strong focus on attention to detail
• You are dedicated to learning and constantly being better
• You have strong relationship and communication skills
• You have the ability to excel in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• A commitment to maintain a collaborative, supportive and happy work environment
