Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree a plus.Must have (or willing to obtain) Property and Casualty license, and Life and Health licensePrior sales experience is an advantage, but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
