Responsibilities

• Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with executive leadership to drive long-term growth, including expansion into new states through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Providing day-to-day oversight of home care services in New York, Westchester, Long Island, and Colorado.
• Ensuring seamless coordination across business lines such as NHTD / Waiver, Private Pay, Infusion Nursing, and Private Duty Nursing.
• Establishing KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.
• Leading audits and ensuring compliance with DOH, CMS, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Partnering with IT and clinical teams to drive innovation and digital health initiatives.
• Collaborating with finance on budgets, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
