A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support multi-state payroll operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and review biweekly, multi-state payroll
Maintain payroll data accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Assist with payroll tax filings and audits, and support payroll system updates
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred
2-5 years of hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment
Experience with payroll tax filings and supporting payroll audits
Prior experience with Paylocity is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of payroll regulations and HRIS systems
