Remote EOIR Case Assistant

A company is looking for a Remote EOIR Case Assistant VA.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize legal knowledge of immigration law and EOIR procedures for accurate filings

Manage client relationships and provide updates throughout the immigration process

Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for EOIR proceedings

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of immigration law experience, particularly with EOIR cases

Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and EOIR procedures

Excellent case management skills, including tracking deadlines and maintaining records

Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team while managing individual casework

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred, but not required
