Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time) | Salary : $45.91 – $67.93 / hour (DOE)

Requirements to apply

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-accredited program)
  • Active California SLP license
  • Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Part-time, mission-driven SLP role (M–F, 9AM–2PM) supporting functional communication and cognitive-linguistic independence for aging adults.

Job Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary care team in providing high-quality communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic care to our participants. The ideal candidate excels in both clinical skill and collaboration, and is passionate about helping older adults maintain dignity and independence through personalized, evidence-based therapy. You’ll have flexibility in your schedule while working within core hours (M–F, 9AM–2PM).
