Job Title: General Manager

Location: Vacaville, CA

Salary: $75K-$80k (DOE)

High volume famous bakery & restaurant is seeking to add a high caliber General Manager to the team. Must have experience working in fast paced, high volume restaurants managing large teams! Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

• Welcoming and engaging guests to create a memorable dining experience.
• Ensure an optimal experience for all guests.
• Overseeing the dining and bar areas to ensure excellent service.
• Addressing guest concerns and feedback efficiently and accurately.

Staff Management:

• Lead, coach, and inspire employees ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Training, development, and coaching staff to ensure positive team environment.
• Supporting training, scheduling, and team development
• Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily goals.

Operational Management:

• Oversee F&B service, inventory, and cost controls.
• Reviewing P&L (Profit & Loss) statements
• Ensure policies & procedures are being followed and creating a welcoming environment inside and outside.
• Coordinating daily FOH and Back of House (BOH) operations.
• Partner with ownership and management on budgets, marketing, ect.
