Sherwood Bedding is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to join our team. As a leading provider of high-quality bedding products, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate product shipments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to optimize shipping processes and resolve any issues or delays.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipping status and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including tracking information, delivery confirmation, and any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock is available for shipping.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
