Base pay range

$85,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

MOBILE AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN

90% TRAVEL TO LOCATIONS NATIONALLY

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on electromechanical packaging machines, air compressors, robots, tray formers and other related equipment in Sojo mobile packaging deployments
• Develops a deep understanding of best practices and optimization techniques for Sojo's packaging lines, and works with Engineering and Operations teams to improve performance
• Supports the deployment and setup of new Sojo Packaging equipment installations
• Changes over lines based on pre-programmed recipes for new packaging formats
• Evaluates equipment failures for root cause and works with broader technical team to make improvements on the equipment
• Install modifications and upgrades to equipment as instructed by manager
• Follow PM schedules and procedures, recording all relevant information in Sojo's Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Install replacement materials and support upgrades to equipment and machines
• Lubricate, clean and service equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean working area.
• All other tasks as assigned
