Job Details : Pay : $2480 per week

Travel :  Physical Therapist (PT)

Positions Open : 1

Shift : 9-3 if average of 6.4 hours / day)

What is the work schedule for this position? 5 days / week. Flexibility is available.

Duration : 13 weeks

Facility Setting? LTACH

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No

Number of beds in your facility? Max 32 (average census 20-25)

Preferred experience level? Preferred acute care setting experience

EMR for your facility : Protouch (documentation) and Casamba / SMART (billing) (will be transitioning to Kronos)

Scrub colors / dress code : purple scrub pants with option for facility shirt or solid colored shirt, otherwise full scrub set

What is the work schedule for this position? Typically begin at 9 and end when caseload is seen (9-3 if average of 6.4 hours / day)

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted IL License

Active BLS certification

Years of Experience : At least 1 year

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
