Job descriptionOversee patient care for pediatric cases in a family practice setting Provide medical services for patients aged 0-18, including infants and newborns Manage a caseload of 20-25 patients per eight-hour shift Deliver high-quality primary care in an outpatient clinic serving all ages Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams providing primary care, dental, and dermatology services Required : Active California medical license Required : Board Certification in Family Medicine Required : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 2 years of physician experience required Spanish speaking preferred, not required Experience with Athenahealth EMR system Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
Job Description
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician specializing in Pediatrics for a 16-week locum tenens assignment in California. This role begins Mar 2, 2026, and features a flexible two-day-per-week schedule, with shifts from 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm. The physician will provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient, intergenerational health center.
