Production Manager
You will be responsible for the overall integration of the production effort including, overhaul / repair of aircraft, engines, components, accessories and support equipment.
You will provide direction to all program supervisors and other personnel directly assigned to support the product.
You will coordinate workload, staffing administration and work direction of a variety of artisan trades and indirect support staff in support of production.
You will look for ways to continuously improve production processes and quality of work within the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
You will analyze production needs to develop requirements for product initiatives and planning.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
