SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION MANAGER

Production Manager

You will be responsible for the overall integration of the production effort including, overhaul / repair of aircraft, engines, components, accessories and support equipment.

You will provide direction to all program supervisors and other personnel directly assigned to support the product.

You will coordinate workload, staffing administration and work direction of a variety of artisan trades and indirect support staff in support of production.

You will look for ways to continuously improve production processes and quality of work within the Integrated Product Team (IPT).

You will analyze production needs to develop requirements for product initiatives and planning.

You will openly support the Equal Opportunity Program and communicate this support within the team.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and / or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.

You will be required to obtain and maintain any required certification and / or license as a condition of employment.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Plans, distributes, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of others; 2) Evaluates work performance and provides feedback to others on their performance; 3) Ensures that staff are appropriately selected, utilized, and developed, and that they are treated in a fair and equitable manner.
