Resurrection Medical Center  in  Chicago, Illinois  is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Internal Medicine department and provide high-quality, outpatient care to a diverse adult patient population. Position Details

• Employed by  Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group , a hospital-affiliated, multi-specialty group focused on clinical excellence and community-centered care
• Practice is  outpatient-focused , with optional hospitalist involvement based on physician preference
• Collaborate with a team of internal medicine physicians, specialists, and experienced support staff
• Internal Medicine (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• MD or DO from an accredited program; must be  eligible for Illinois licensure
• Work Schedule : Full-time | Outpatient-focused | MondayFriday with shared call
• Responsibilities include managing chronic and acute conditions, coordinating care, and preventive health services for adult patients.
