Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians operate our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fill Bulk Prescriptions, and stage finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.
Location : On site at our closed-door pharmacy (10448 Lakeridge Parkway Ashland, VA 23005)
Compensation : Starts at $18 / hr (dependent upon experience) plus $1.50 / hr shift differential
Schedule : 2 : 30pm - 1 : 00am, 7 on, 7 off, Rotation starts on Wednesday night and runs through to the next Wednesday morning
Reports To : Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :
Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for :
Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance OfficerQualifications :
High school diploma or GED requiredCurrent registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the VA State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing)Minimum of one (1) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not requiredSkills & Abilities :
