About the Role

We’re looking for an AutoCAD to join a fast-paced, detail-driven team supporting custom construction and millwork projects. This position plays a key role in helping Project Managers deliver high-quality results—on time and within scope—by preparing drawings, organizing documentation, and ensuring seamless project execution.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a 4-day workweek — Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Fridays off!) .

Responsibilities :

• Produce detailed and accurate drawings in AutoCAD 2D and Cabinet Vision for project submittals.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and project documentation.
• Compile comprehensive installation packets that help field teams execute efficiently and accurately.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, and material requirements to support project planning.
• Partner with Project Managers to communicate across departments—Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Installation.
• Participate in project kick-off and weekly planning meetings to stay aligned on schedules and deliverables.
• Assist with material take-offs, order logs, and hardware or specialty item research.
