Program Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Team Operations Leadership Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligned with business objectives

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program activities

Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while addressing issues impacting success

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Extensive experience in program management with a track record of delivering large-scale projects

Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment
