• Job Responsibilities :
• Inpatient Pharmacist Position in an Acute Hospital Setting
• Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Engage in kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification
• Work directly with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services
• Requirements :
• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD
• Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
• Three years of inpatient pharmacy experience and / or pletion of ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
