About the Role :

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Lead Developer leads and mentors a small web development team, fostering growth and best practices. The Lead Developer is responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications, overseeing code quality, reviewing pull requests, and establishing coding standards. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, including automation platforms and AI integrations, while demonstrating results-focused leadership skills in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Core Job Responsibilities :

Leadership & Project Management

• Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 developers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
• Oversee sprint planning, task delegation, and project timelines to meet business goals.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical decisions and cross-department collaboration.
