Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

Nash Heating and AC is BOOMING in Jefferson, LA and we are very excited to be looking for several additional phenomenal staff members to join our customer service team.

We have an amazing group of kind, hardworking people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group. We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers and they love Nash Heating and AC!

As an administrative assistant you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success.

Job Duties Include :

• Dispatch and schedule technicians.
• Provide fast, friendly and fun customer service.
• Communicate with technicians and other departments via text message and phone.
• Answer incoming calls and text messages to close out calls for technicians.
• Maintain scheduled calls in our software making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed.
• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Make sure all time sheets are updated daily.
• Other assigned duties as directed by management .
