Senior Product Manager I
The Senior Product Manager I is responsible for overseeing Law Enforcement products or product features and directing project execution. This position operates within a dynamic, collaborative team environment focused on the development of innovative product solutions. The incumbent manages the end-to-end development and implementation processes for assigned features during sprint cycles, relying on both qualitative and quantitative insights into customer needs. Representing their product or feature internally and externally, they communicate effectively with peers, managers, and stakeholders as required. They advocate for the customer's interests to the delivery team and contribute to demonstrations at key program milestones. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to execute product vision and roadmap strategies, devises comprehensive go-to-market launch plans in alignment with customer-facing teams, and maintains an in-depth understanding of the customer base and target market. This role fosters strong technological partnerships to address customer requirements and serves as an essential resource for evaluating new feature proposals. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager I provides informal mentorship to junior Product Managers, supporting the growth and success of the public safety team.
This position can be home based anywhere in the USA but must work East Coast hours.

U.S. National Base Pay Range : $102,800 - $171,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $102,800 - $171,300. Base Pay Range for IL is $107,900 - $179,900. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $113,100 - $188,500. Base Pay Range for MD is $107,900 - $179,900. Base Pay Range for NY is $113,100 - $188,500. Base Pay Range for New York City is $118,200 - $197,100. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $97,700 - $162,700. Base Pay Range for OH is $97,700 - $162,700.
