• Technical Agronomist Role :
• Design & Recommend Full-Season Crop Plans - Tailor fertility, pest, and irrigation strategies to match each grower’s goals, crop type, and field conditions.
• Interpret Lab Results Like a Pro - Analyze and translate soil, water, and tissue data into actionable insights.
• Promote Sustainability - Help growers integrate regenerative and resource-efficient practices that are good for the land and the bottom line.
• Guide New Plantings - Advise on variety selection, soil preparation, and early-stage nutrition to set up crops for long-term success.
• Requirements
• You're passionate about sustainability and know how to put it into practice
• Lab results don’t intimidate you - soil, water, tissue data are tools in your hands
• You’re PCA Licensed & CCA Certified
