What You’ll Do
Own the tech vision — define and evolve the roadmap across AI, data, and platform infrastructure.Build the team — hire, lead, and mentor an exceptional AI and engineering org.Prototype fast — ship new capabilities at startup speed using LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI stacks.Architect for scale — design reliable, cloud-native, multi-agent systems that can run on autopilot.Collaborate deeply — translate complex construction workflows into elegant, AI-driven product experiences.Stay cutting-edge — evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI tech (RAG, multimodal, reasoning, voice).Represent tech leadership — be a credible thought partner to investors, customers, and the board.Qualifications
8+ years of full-stack AI and engineering leadership in a high-growth startup.Deep expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI stacks.Architectural design experience at cloud scale, with multi-agent system knowledge.Proven hiring, mentoring, and scaling of high-performance AI engineering teams.Strong communication, stakeholder and investor partnership skills.Benefits
