We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for providing quality patient care. As an RN in our outpatient setting, you will assess, plan, and implement care for patients across various stages of health and wellness.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to established protocols and within scope of practice.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle changes.
- Provide support and guidance to patients navigating their healthcare journeys, addressing concerns and answering questions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Stay current with best practices and healthcare advancements through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications :
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in FL.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with Cath Lab experienceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Benefits :
