Registered Nurse PRN Outpatient

Our outpatient Center in Newport Richey, FL is looking to add a Part Time RN. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for providing quality patient care. As an RN in our outpatient setting, you will assess, plan, and implement care for patients across various stages of health and wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to established protocols and within scope of practice.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle changes.
• Provide support and guidance to patients navigating their healthcare journeys, addressing concerns and answering questions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Stay current with best practices and healthcare advancements through continuing education and professional development.
