Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship

Hiring one Full Time BC / BE Emergency Medicine physician for our two-year  Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship  program (W2 only).  This structured two-year program offers an additional stipend of $2,000 per month for 30 administrative hours per month of training and 90 clinical hours at site rate with a comprehensive benefits package on your first shift. The fellowship is an immersive program that provides hands-on training with hospital and emergency department leaders, as well as formal classroom learning.  Learn more about this unique opportunity to provide you with the skills to lead a team in the Emergency Department while still practicing medicine.

• Shifts :    6A to 6P, 6P to 6A
• Trauma Center :  Level IV
• Annual Visits :   17,000
• ED Beds :   16
• Patients Per Hour :   2.0
• Admit Rate :   24% - Hospitalists handle admissions
• Transfer Rate :   3%
• Physician Coverage :   24 hours - single doc coverage
• APP Coverage :  12 hours
• POCUS :    Sonosite
• EMR :  Epic
• Dictation :   Dragon
• Hospital Beds :  100
• Qualifications : ABEM or ABOEM BE / BC
• W2 :   $245 / hr ($100 / hr base & QSP &RVU) - 90 day income guarantee
• 1099 : $260 / hr ($120 / hr base & QSP &RVU) - 90 day income guarantee
