Job Overview :

We invite passionate experts to join our ranks as an Advanced CNC Lathe Technician, with the unique opportunity to contribute during our night operations period, rewarded with a generous 15% night shift differential.

Core Responsibilities :

• Expertly set up and operate manual machine tools for optimal CNC functionality.
• Oversee CNC horizontal & VTL lathes and multi-axis mills with precision.
• Coordinate material movement and organization seamlessly.
• Evaluate and procure essential tooling and materials.

Qualifications :

Successful candidates will possess a High School Diploma and demonstrate over four years of relevant experience in machine tool setup and in adhering to ISO / AS / MIL prototyping standards.

ITAR Requirements :

To conform to U.S. Government commercial space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), applicants for employment at Barber-Nichols must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawfully admitted for permanent residence into the U.S. (i.e., current green card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum under 8 U.S.C. § 1157–1158. Compensation and Benefits :

The hourly range is $25.00-$35.00, adjusted with a night shift differential of 15%. Final compensation will be influenced by your expertise and may lie outside this bracket. Review our employee benefits.
