Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The position is primarily based in Orland Park, IL and Oak Park, IL with flexibility for some remote work. Primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with mental health conditions, developing individualized care plans, and prescribing medication as needed as well as initial evaluation and mapping for TMS (Training provided). The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective mental health care.

Qualifications

• Authority to practice Independently
• Proficiency as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on mental health
• Exceptional communication, clinical judgment, and empathetic care delivery
• Current nurse practitioner certification and licensure to practice independently without a collaborating physician in Illinois
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient care or community mental health settings is a plus
