General Foreman

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple crews at various customer locations

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure team productivity and conflict resolution

Occasionally fill in as Team Lead or Area Manager as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in managing teams and operations

Ability to lead and motivate employees towards common goals

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Relevant certifications or training may be preferred
