Key Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards
• Document nursing care in compliance with regulations and facility policies

Qualifications :

• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
