Special Event Coordinator / Marketing Manager

One Day Bath California is a rapidly expanding leader in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. Our mission is to transform bathrooms across North America with beautiful, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling solutionsenhancing the comfort, style, and quality of life for our customers.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Special Event Coordinator / Marketing Manager to lead our event-based marketing initiatives in the Sacramento, CA market. This individual will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing our regional marketing and event strategies to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive annual calendar of consumer events, home shows, and regional marketing activations.
  • Identify, research, and negotiate participation in high-impact events within the assigned territory.
  • Oversee event logistics, including vendor management, booth design, setup / teardown coordination, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Event Demonstrators to ensure consistent brand presentation and exceptional customer engagement.
  • Create and implement systems to track event performance, lead generation, and ROI; provide detailed post-event reports and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align regional campaigns with overall brand strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community organizations, event partners, and venue management to maximize exposure opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing management (home improvement or consumer products industry preferred).
  • Proven success in planning, executing, and analyzing large-scale marketing events.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and motivate teams.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
