Key Responsibilities
Coordinates daily activities of DCS Reimbursement Specialists and oversees referral data entry
Analyzes DCS data, resolves billing failures, and generates monthly referral reports
Reports weekly status updates on team workload and ensures compliance with training requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Five years of relevant experience
No specific certification or licensure required
