Job Description :

The Automotive Sales Consultant at Raceway Ford of Hartsville will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchase needs and providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, pricing, and promotions
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
  • Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing options for customers
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirements :

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
