About the Position :

This position will report to the Executive Director of HR and will be a key member in developing a high-performance workforce. Primary responsibilities involve the fulfillment of mission-critical positions in IT Infrastructure Software Engineering , and Cybersecurity . This role will also collaborate closely with various HR and Department Leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter with Corporate Recruitment experience to build a long-term career with a growing business.

• Category : Full-time, exempt position.
• Location : Reston, VA, 100% on-site.
• Travel : Some domestic travel will be required,
• Compensation : $110K – $120K
