Mortgage Underwriter

A company is looking for a Conventional Underwriter II.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of loan files for compliance with guidelines

Underwrite credit packages and collateral for residential mortgage loans

Assist in training new underwriters and maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum three years of mortgage underwriting experience

Experience with private investor and private mortgage insurance guidelines

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Technologically proficient

Strong organizational skills
